Street xo | Full Commercial Kitchen Fit-Out

We completed a comprehensive commercial kitchen installation for Street XO, the vibrant Dubai outpost of acclaimed Spanish chef Dabiz Muñoz's renowned DiverXO concept from Madrid.

This high energy restaurant required a full-scale kitchen fit-out capable of supporting an eclectic, globally-inspired street food menu spanning European, Asian, and South American cuisines. The installation was designed to complement the restaurant's distinctive open-plan layout, featuring a large open kitchen with counter seating that allows diners to witness the culinary action firsthand.


Orillia JVT | Full Bar & Kitchen Design & Fit-Out + Project management

Our client required a high-performance kitchen capable of handling the diverse culinary demands of Mediterranean fusion cuisine, including multiple bars and a dedicated seafood bar, all within a compact space. We delivered end-to-end solutions including kitchen design optimized for Mediterranean fusion workflows, supply and procurement of all commercial equipment from cooking appliances to refrigeration and ventilation systems, complete build and installation covering plumbing, electrical, gas lines, and ventilation, plus full project management coordinating all phases from concept to completion on schedule.


Terra Madre Singapore | Full Concept to Completion

We delivered a comprehensive turnkey solution for Terra Madre at Loewen by Dempsey Hill, Singapore's largest organic store and natural food restaurant. This project encompassed the complete journey from initial concept through to operational launch.

Our scope included full concept development, interior design, and build-out of both the modern Australian-inspired restaurant and the extensive organic retail space. The design seamlessly blends natural elements—incorporating marble tables, wooden chairs, and splashes of green—to create a welcoming environment that reflects Terra Madre's dedication to Mother Earth and sustainable living.

The project also included complete engineering and operational setup, designing a commercial kitchen capable of supporting daily service from 8am to 10pm while maintaining the freshness and quality standards essential to Terra Madre's philosophy. We integrated the retail space to house over 1,000 organic products, creating a cohesive shopping and dining experience.

From concept to execution, we brought Terra Madre's vision to life—a destination where conscious eating, quality ingredients, and community wellness converge.


Rowley's DIFC | Kitchen and Bar Design

We provided comprehensive kitchen and bar design services for Rowley's DIFC, bringing the iconic London steakhouse concept to the heart of Dubai's financial district.

Our design focused on creating a precision kitchen layout engineered specifically for Rowley's streamlined menu—steak, fries, salad, and cake. The design prioritizes efficiency and consistency, ensuring their signature offerings can be executed to exacting standards while maintaining the speed of service required for their first-come, first-served approach.

We developed a focused kitchen layout optimized for their steak-centric operation, with detailed equipment specification and workflow planning that supports high-volume service without compromising quality. The bar design complements their carefully curated selection of wines and drinks, creating an efficient service point that aligns with Rowley's no-fuss philosophy.
